At one point today I was going round a roundabout in Dudley and the road surface was a shiny tar. And my rear wheel skidded out for what felt like a foot. Happily I released the throttle and brought it under control

@LoveGrowingVeg You can never have too many runner beans. Dad always planted a 20’ row! Mum salted them down in big glass sweet jars and we ate them through the winter. We didn’t have a freezer. I still love them x
After sitting in its original (small) pot for a year looking sad I’ve put the olive in the old palm pot. Used AI which told me to mix up John Innes no. 3 with some top soil and sand
