@EmiratesSupport What is happening to the baggage’s tracing and sorting. Has this been completed. have no news about my baggage and it’s like 2 weeks. Come clean, update the real status and not hide behind the weather disruption for ever. I have had 2 trips already after this

@EmiratesSupport quite exasperating, ridiculous and insane. A travel consultant, yesterday, confirms baggage arrived in Bangalore and is under sorting. Today consultant, upon enquiring, says bag still in Dubai and under tracing. How does this mighty airline work? Is Baggage lost!

@EmiratesSupport Stop parroting the same tune for every query. Pls put action on the ground to clear the backlog rather than blame it on weather situation a week ago. If your flight schedules are almost normalised then why not baggage. Worst attitude being the local teams also are unresponsive 🥵

The recent storms in Dubai disrupted normal operations and we sincerely apologise to customers who are still waiting for their bags. Customers who had travelled to Dubai as their final destination but were unable to retrieve their bags on arrival, may now collect their bags from the airport. Please proceed to the left luggage arrivals area in Terminal 3 (opposite exit 1, behind Boots Pharmacy). Please bring your baggage tag along. The collection area is open 24 hours. Our team will also deliver bags to those who have filed a report, but it will take time. Customers who have a delayed baggage and already have a file reference number (PIR), can access information and updates about their delayed baggage at emirat.es/baggagestatus. Please do not proceed to the airport to collect your baggage until our local team contacts you. To all other customers, we apologise for the delay. It will take us some more days to sort and reconcile the backlog caused by the storm disruption. We will update you as soon as we can.

@emirates pls have the basic courtesy for informing your passengers on the current status of your flight. The EK658 flight was shown as boarding from nearly 730 pm for a takeoff of 9.15pm. No employee or officer is visible in the boarding gate. No announcement., blank monitor
