93% voted for it’ isn’t a trump card—it’s a civics test, and this argument fails it. Laws require House, Senate, and @GovRonDeSantis—or an override. No override = no consensus. And let’s talk ‘intellectual consistency’: demanding the Governor rubber-stamp the Legislature while claiming he doesn’t understand separation of powers is completely backwards. This is the problem with @CindyJenkinsFL and so many DeSantis critics—they’re so drunk on jealousy and hatred they can’t even make a coherent argument. That’s not checks and balances. That’s legislative supremacy.

He is very easily offended, especially when people call him out for engaging in executive overreach. Case in point, when he overrode 93% of the Florida legislature, and most of his own political party, and vetoed the bill to end “Free Kill”. There are separate branches of government for a reason.

If Trump commits to a ground war in Iran, expect 235 to 250 Democratic seats in the House and a 51 to 52 seat Democratic majority in the Senate. Even without a ground war, Dems looking at a 2008 wave in the House in the current environment.

When I was in the military, they warned us about people like @RepJoeWilson: “old men talking while young men die.” Joe Wilson has been in Congress for decades and seems to spend more time traveling on CODELs than in his own district. On a few occasions, he’s even asked to take photos with me, which is very odd for someone who now attacks peace talks. At any rate, Joe, you should probably stop wearing a foreign flag on your lapel and start acting like an American. I’m sure your constituents wouldn’t appreciate what you’re up to.
