@rhessmd I have delta now and it is very real. On Wednesday my resting HR was 104 and I had to breathe through my mouth all day because I couldn’t get enough air otherwise. Really scary. Almost went in. Improving now. Had Moderna 6 months ago.

Delta variant is real. If all you care about is if you get infected, vaccines help less with delta. But if you want to stay out of the hospital and survive, vaccine is the way to go. And remember #maskuputah because #CovidIsNotOver
