this a huge safety concern and I was shocked to see this approved..

and wouldn't even know where to look for emergency... In this case you can't expect the customer to dial and find the right feature to call for help..if safety has been activated then it's the responsibility of the uber team to connect to the user to the emergency team

@Uber_India I had booked an uber from office to home and the driver said he just needs to make a quick stop to grab his dinner as he drives at night..he said 5 min but wasn't back even after 15 mins and as the ride had already started i didn't ve his number so I tried the safety

@Olacabs my vehicle broke down after 4 km but I was charged for the full 15km.. after I raised a complaint I am told that I can't get a refund Why am I being charged for a ride that I did not take.

Past : there was no crypto in India Present: there are platforms like WazirX, but cuz ur platform is so inefficient in getting deposit done , we are not able to deposit.
