@riazmn I understand now. If any of the flights are operated by more than one airline on your booking, then any extra bags can only be paid for at the airport on the day. I am sorry to disappoint you, but there is no way we can get around this. Neil

@British_Airways Ive been trying for the last 20minutes to pay for a flight booking but the page keeps refreshing/the payment isn't going through. I'm going to be really annoyed if I try again I a short while and the prices have increased. This is on the website not the app.

@British_Airways Both passengers have basic economy fare, Im adding 1 checked bag as we don't need 2 checked bags. One flight is operated by AA and the return is by BA. Ive tried a different device and still getting this issue

@riazmn Hi Riaz. You can't have two different fare types on the same booking. They would have to be booked separately or you book both of them with basic fares and then add an extra bag after the booking has been confirmed and paid for. Neil

@British_Airways Ive tried a different browser and it doesn't allow me to add luggage for a single passenger. Ive just tried to put the payment through again and the page doesn't load/process.
