so I am vastly reducing my engagement. Mostly because when I reviewed my replies I found I was becoming as bad - rude, dogmatic, angry Not who I am or who I want to be. So expect much less activity from me

i found I was spending too much time here - and getting too annoyed and angry. When I started (2014) I enjoyed diversity of views, widening of horizons and occasional argument. Not it is uncompromising statements, no debate, and many of the opinions are clearly paid-for posts
