is a calorie deficit, 10k steps and intermittent fasting enough for weight loss?

@Grays___anatomy @DeanTTraining Same. 6’3”. Started at 250. Went down to 215 with diet and walking. Starting working out a couple months ago and eating at a maintenance weight. Lost 7lbs of fat and gained 7lbs of muscle. I’d say I still need to loose 25-30lbs of fat so time to cut

@DeanTTraining I'm 6'2" down to 205lbs from 232lbs. Your posts have been sobering but really good for me and my expectations. I realize I probably have another 20 - 25lbs to go for abs.

35 lbs This guy is roughly 30% BF (body-fat) That means he has ~133 lbs of LBM (lean body mass) If he maintains essentially ALL of his LBM (which is generous btw)… He’d clock in at ~15% BF right around 155 Most dudes that look like this think they’ve only got 10-15 to lose!
