@StoneacreMotors We should just be able to call the local garage to book in, which worked perfectly fine before. Now it's all done via a call centre which is soooo much less efficient. @StoneacreMotors
I don't get why, no matter the time, whenever you call @StoneacreMotors to book your car in for something, you are on hold for at least 7 minutes. It's consistently poor service each and every time.
@virginmedia it’s a pretty poor thing to do, pretending to be @RoyalMail by pushing these through peoples doors… we’ve also had three people now trying to get us to sign up at the door. Stop begging. It’s unbecoming

Then stopped again today. I'm still waiting on confirmation of the engineers appointment on Wednesday to confirm that this isn't a problem in our house as it works and then stops. Everything is behind the TV so it's not something we could easily break. #fedup
Usually pretty complementary about @zzoommfullfibre but since Wednesday the service has been up and down like a yoyo. When I initially reported the issue on Wednesday, they said it would take a week to send an engineer over. It then started working again, stopped yesterday
@colinsutton Oh fuck off is this exclusively an EV problem. It’s a modern car problem. We have a hybrid Octavia which has OTA software updates that take hours. Our neighbour has a picanto that’s just petrol and has software updates.
@YodelOnline trying to contact anyone either via webchat or on the phone is an excercise in futility. I have a parcel that has not had a tracking update in 9 days. Your webchat is impossible to launch & your phone service just keeps hanging up on me or telling me to use webchat
@OhmeEV I appreciate it's Christmas so don't expect an immediate response. Our Ohme Home Pro has stopped working. Currently flashing red with error. Rebooted it & turned it off at the wall for 10 mins but still the same. Any advice? It's not the car, it charges on granny charger.
@OctopusEnergy We have about £600 in credit yet you still insist on changing our tariff without our consent. I have to manually change the amount in the app. We managed last year with the same amount. Stop trying to nanny us and let us be responsible for our own accounts.
