@LangmanVince It was/is.....just never enforced. So it is actually a law written by congress. Liberals wont be able to win this. Scotus generally defers to executive branch on immigration, especially if the law is on the books. They aren't changing law, just enforcing it.

I want to explain something, there is no such thing as a moderate democrat. Are some are just a little further left, yes. The “moderates” on city council voted for the ICE OUT bills. The “moderates” have LBGTQ preachers praying over everyone in the chamber before the city council meeting starts and they all are bowing their heads. The “moderates” put the color black in front of everything like white people don’t live in Philadelphia. The “moderates” will vote to allow gender affirming care for your children and look you dead in the face and tell you “what someone does with their child isn’t your business” even if they’re getting that child’s private parts cut off and injecting them with hormones and puberty blockers. They will fight for abortion. Senator John Fetterman says some things that make him come off as an adult, but he votes just like a lunatic. What is “moderate” about raising China’s flag in the birthplace of America? What is “moderate” about supplying drug addicts with the tools they need to get high? It’s just some things, maybe a lot of things as I matured I can’t meet the left in the middle on. My common sense and spirit won’t allow it. There is nothing “moderate” about taking pliers and taking a baby a part limb from limb then crushing the skull to get it out of the mother. I don’t want to talk about “genocide over seas”. I get told I shouldn’t want representation that doesn’t share my skin color but when I look up it’s a black Mayor who didn’t fight to get Larry Krasner out who has had a helping hand in the genocide being committed in the black community of Philadelphia. What is “moderate” about that? They’re all bat shit crazy, some just more than others. I’m trying to wake people up out of the matrix, it can be done. There is nothing “moderate” about teaching a generation of young black people that they’re victims and the reason they haven’t accomplished anything in life is because of slavery. They teach black kids that every white person pretty much owes them something. There is nothing “moderate” about that. They’re all on the chess board and they all need to be removed. @wakeupnj Worked near this place for 15 years. They figured out to take train down from northern nj. It wasnt like this every year. Started maybe 9 or 10 years ago. Never buy any house near train station and east of it😬 Most of them arent local LB kids....yes a few are.
