My friend said he would never buy $STRC because he can just buy $SPYI.
He said SPYI has similar yield, lower volatility, and none of the BTC or corporate risk STRC has.

There are at least two reason they might not want to update us on McConnell’s condition:
-In Kentucky, a special election to replace a Senator will NOT be called if it’s closer than 3 months till the next election.
-That date is August 3rd.
1) If McConnell’s condition is clearly unfit for office, they’d hide that to avoid being forced to submit a resignation letter until after that date.
2) If McConnell has not regained consciousness or has the chance of oxygen induced brain death and is on artificial life support, they would try and

-Any two independent physicians may declare the patient dead for the purposes of the seat being vacated IF the patient is only “alive” due to a ventilator and artificial life support systems.
But, his next of kin (Chao) would need to be involved in the process of treatment and testing and final decisions to end support for that path to be viable…
She left to China 3 days after his hospitalization.
So is McConnell alive and well? Is he awake and functional? Is he a vegetable?
Either way I think they are trying to make sure we don’t have the answer to that until August 3rd.

If Mitch McConnell dies before August 3, Kentucky law would trigger a special election for his Senate seat.
The RINOs in power can’t afford for that to happen, which is why this whole situation feels like Weekend at Bernie’s.
Weeks have gone by with virtually no meaningful update on the condition of a sitting U.S. Senator. The lack of transparency has been outrageous and has left people wondering whether he’s being kept alive on life support or whether the full truth simply isn’t being told… has he already passed???
Then there’s Elaine Chao, McConnell’s wife, traveling to China to meet with a CCP leader just days after McConnell was hospitalized. Maybe there’s an explanation, but the timing is undeniably odd. Would you leave your husband to travel to China if he is so ill he’s in the hospital for over 20 days? I sure wouldn’t.
Something about this entire situation doesn’t add up, and the American people deserve answers.

Almost a week ago, I asked about Senator Mitch McConnell’s condition. I just read an article from @WLKY indicating he’s still in the hospital after being admitted on June 14. His office has not publicly clarified whether he has been discharged, which only fuels more questions. Elected officials should be required to disclose their health status when it affects their ability to serve the people who elected them. This isn’t “Weekend at Bernie’s.” If Senator McConnell were to pass away while in office, it would have significant implications for the balance of power in the Senate. I sincerely wish Senator McConnell a full recovery. But at 84 years old, after serving in the Senate since 1985, it’s time to step aside and return home to Kentucky. He’s served as Senator longer than I’ve been alive… it’s time for a new generation of leadership.

If we blame “leveraged traders” for STRC coming off par, it will happen again and again.
We need to give investors a concrete action plan to provide assurance.
The entire model revolves around issuing a tonne of STRC at par - we need this price to make sense, and the only way that works is if the investor feels comfortable the downside is protected.
This is why certainty around the cash reserve and competitor promotion is crucial.
Without some kind of change in our behaviour, why wouldn’t the investor expect a repeat?
If they can expect a repeat, why enter at $100?
Just wait for the dip right…

@ChrisMMillas It’s not ok, mNAV can trade materially higher. Even with BPS going up, mNAV has been going down. That’s the data. Strategy just continues with STRC as the ₿ accumulation vehicle(at a slower pace) instead of MSTR.

Hey @Saylor and @phongle. Raise the rate on $STRC, use $MSTR ATM for cash dividends and reserve.
No MSTR ATM for Bitcoin purchases until mNAV is above 2.5.
FYI, I know this was updated 10 days later, I’m just saying let the premium build up by making MSTR shares scarce.
