Joe Montana: Happy Birthday. Has there ever been anyone more clutch? Who you got?

$MSTR “This is the battle for the future of money.” -@saylor We’re in the hunt for digital money. It took @Strategy five years to discover digital credit. For the first four years, $MSTR was the product. Today, the product is $STRC. It is the company’s long-term ambition, and one that will likely take at least another decade to fully mature. The first year has already seen tremendous success, while also teaching management valuable lessons. It won’t be the last challenge, and it certainly won’t be the last time the structure around the instrument evolves. That’s exactly what research and development looks like. Ultimately, digital credit is only one step along the path. $STRC can offer an attractive yield today because investors are still compensated for the volatility that comes with a new financial instrument. The @Strategy is now simple: continue reducing that volatility while proving the structure through repeated capital raises and successful stress tests. Digital money, however, is different. Digital money requires trust, and it requires stability along with a peg that institutions can rely on with confidence. Until that day arrives, you can be confident of two things. Management will continue obsessing over strengthening $STRC and reducing its volatility. And it will continue pursuing the partnerships and distribution channels needed to eventually build digital money on top of that foundation. If both happen, we’ve reached Valhalla. Mission Strategy. $BTC $MSTR $STRC

Bitcoin Treasury companies led this market down over the last 9 months. Actual Bitcoin buying will lead the market back up. Cold Storage. ETFs. Sovereigns. Bitcoin used in transactions. Back to Basics.

is mitch mcconnell dead, and if so, will massie run for his seat ?

Almost a week ago, I asked about Senator Mitch McConnell’s condition. I just read an article from @WLKY indicating he’s still in the hospital after being admitted on June 14. His office has not publicly clarified whether he has been discharged, which only fuels more questions. Elected officials should be required to disclose their health status when it affects their ability to serve the people who elected them. This isn’t “Weekend at Bernie’s.” If Senator McConnell were to pass away while in office, it would have significant implications for the balance of power in the Senate. I sincerely wish Senator McConnell a full recovery. But at 84 years old, after serving in the Senate since 1985, it’s time to step aside and return home to Kentucky. He’s served as Senator longer than I’ve been alive… it’s time for a new generation of leadership.
