@PaulKarolyi Pizza Week got me to listen to your pizzacast. In Boulder, you might try Fringe Pizza (in a strip mall at Valmont and 29th). Only had takeout. Wood-fired Neapolitan. The eggplant parm pizza is a wonder (sounds weird, trust me). Also arancini (fried saffron risotto).

@CityCastDenver Just listened to 1st 2 books in a series by Denver author @drslayton. Third comes out next month. You should consider interviewing him if you haven’t already. The 1st book takes place mainly in Denver w/some local color that will entertain @cocodavies, I think.

@JewishWonk @CarlyPildis I have never grilled salami, but sautéing it and making salami and eggs with it was a favorite childhood breakfast. I had pastrami and eggs for lunch just today. However you make meat crispy on the edges, it is a gift from Hashem.
