Vibe-coding tool question I get a lot: "Which one should I use?"
Rough rule I've landed on:
- Bolt → fastest way to get a demo in front of someone today
- Lovable → best pick if you're actually shipping and charging for it, cleanest codebase to hand to a dev later
- Replit → better for backend-heavy stuff, agents, anything that isn't just "web app + database"
Pick based on where you are, not which one has the best marketing this month.

Most founders check their analytics dashboard as emotional anesthesia — looking at numbers to feel busy, not to face something uncomfortable. If you've got Google Analytics or Mixpanel installed and haven't really dug into it in weeks, that's probably you.
The fix isn't more tracking. It's one real business question before you touch anything: where do people actually drop off before your app delivers value? Then build exactly 3 reports — activation funnel, 30-day retention, feature usage split by paying vs non-paying users. Most teams drown in twenty dashboards instead of using three that matter.
Name your events like a human. "User Did Thing" and "Click Button 4" tell you nothing. "Account Created," "Plan Upgraded" — if you can't tell what an event means without opening the code, the report is useless before you even run it.
If you've got Mixpanel or GA installed and can't answer "which onboarding step loses the most people" right now, you don't have analytics — you have a decoration with a monthly bill. Ten minutes today: write down the one thing you'd change if you knew where people dropped off, then go check if you're right.

I built an iPhone farm software that runs your TikTok and Instagram accounts on autopilot.
Real taps. Real devices. No APIs. No bots.
It incubates fresh accounts to aged account warmup state automatically.
Draft or post directly from your own iPhones.
And you only need 1 Mac and 1 iPhone to set it up.
Free for the next 7 days.
Comment "Warmr" and I'll send you an invite.

@_frederickjames This is very detailed and awesome! One question; isn’t 12-13 screens for onboarding too long? I would’ve thought the shorter the better? On one of the apps I’ve built the onboarding is just 4 screens.

we helped a consumer language app add $400K in revenue in 3 months, with no ads
all through GEO, the cheapest growth channel B2C apps have right now
everyone's still pouring money into paid:
• Meta and TikTok ads
• influencer campaigns
• rising CAC on every channel
those work until the costs climb, and they always climb
we went the other way and put the app where people were already searching for a solution
that took them from 0 to 2,100 organic clicks a day, and $400K in new revenue, with no ad spend behind it
I broke down the exact system:
• how we found the high-intent searches before competitors did
• the programmatic engine that captured demand at scale
• the content that turned searchers into paying users
• how we built authority across Google and AI search
most B2C founders still haven't adapted to how people discover apps now
that gap is the whole opportunity, and it won't stay open long
want the document?
just follow me + comment "GEO" and I'll send it over

i hooked up a rotary phone from the 1920s to an AI agent, that replies on a mechanical display
it’s like a dumbphone without distracting notifications

My 6th year in mobile development
Use:
- @expo with native modules (Swift)
- @RevenueCat for payments
- @Superwall for paywalls
- @Cloudflare backend + R2
- @fal for AI video + images
- goviraldev.com for marketing
and many more services I experienced
I purchased a 2020 M1 Mac Air 16 GB RAM, 256 GB SSD
It was my rent money for next month
Spent +8 hours daily to learn coding
> Last year I made $207k as a React Native developer
> ~$20k from sponsored posts (all on Instagram)
> Taught +30 people coding + YouTube followers
> Travelled to +10 countries as a digital nomad
All this happened after my 27 y/o
Praying for those who wish to live this life, that they may live a much better one...

How to design clean apps
A few things that do most of the work:
— Stick to one accent color and its soft tints
— Give everything room to breathe — whitespace is a feature
— Keep one consistent corner radius across cards and icons
— Limit your type scale to two or three sizes, not five
— Use a clean geometric font like Open Runde
— Free icon set: Solar Duotone

Fable 5 is INSANE for creating ads
i built an agent that studies your competition and thousands of viral ads, then gives you a full viral blueprint for your brand to copy
just feed it a product photo and a landing page link and competitors names, 3 minutes later you've got a proven creative playbook for your ads, here's how it works:
- scans your brand's own website (copy, offers, structure, CTAs)
- scans competitor websites (you list them, or Claude finds likely ones for you)
- pulls live ad data straight from Meta Ad Library + TikTok via spytools
- extracts proven hooks, scripts, and visual/creative patterns from every source
- synthesizes everything into one swipe-file library
- output is a ready-to-paste doc, drop it into Claude and generate new ad scripts from proven angles instantly
- runs locally, one command, your own API keys, no video generation step slowing you down
runs 100% local, without $300/mo on spytool subscriptions or agency fees, full control, and API cost only
RT + reply w/ "AGENT" and i'll send it to you so you can use it for your brand (must follow so i can DM)

Introducing iMessage video ads in Claude
We taught Claude to make iMessage video ads in one shot with a single skill.
These iMessage ads are absolutely killing it on Meta right now.
The skill teaches Claude to make a full video ad in one shot with iPhone frame, SFX, music, and end card.
And it's just HTML. It doesn't use any video generation models, so it's cheap!
Comment Goose below and I'll send you the skill.
