Mike Hampton played 16 years in the @MLB
He was a 2 time All Star and a 5 time Silver Slugger Award winner. In 2003 he won the Gold Glove breaking Greg Maddux streak of 13 years in a row. Maddux won the next 3 years as well.

On a side note…anyone with 1/2 a 🧠 understands that bars only sponsor teams in hopes that the members of that team will return the favor and frequent the establishment after games to spend their money on adult beverages and food. A BIG congratulations must go out to @Teacherman1986 for winning the Norb Thurmer award! Ole Norb is credited for opening the first Sports Bar in St. Louis. You see some bar owners sponsor teams for advertisements. Apparently when lil richie owned his bar Teachers he sponsored some Men’s fast pitch softball teams. Coincidentally my grandmother Zenta Loyle owned a bar called Loyle’s Locker Room in Hayward, CA and she also sponsored Men’s & Women’s fast pitch softball teams that my mother and uncles played on. This prestigious award has nothing to do with lil dickies foray into the Hitting Universe or his self proclaimed expertise he regularly reminds us of. People wonder why TJ is happening more often now than decades ago…these cheat code programs to try and chase velo.
