@AlexB22890134 @AmtrakNECAlerts @akivah1 @Amtrak I miss Europe and Japan where the trains run ON TIME and if they will be one minute late the extremely apologetic announcements are clear. @Amtrak how do you plan to communicate in the event of an emergency if all the intercoms on your trains are broken?

@AmtrakNECAlerts any idea why train 161 is stopped between stations and over an hour late? I couldn't hear the conductor because the PA system doesn't work in my car because you don't maintain your trains.
