@picknpayasap Order number sent. Last complaint I made to you resulted in no response. Very agitated by Pick n Pay. Furthermore, a WhatsApp video call was attempted from the same number. This is really not acceptable in any way, no matter how it is framed.

@picknpayasap Service gets worse and worse. Placed an order. Time is missed. Someone calls on WhatsApp to confirm the address, going to the wrong area altogether. The street does not even exist in the incorrect suburb. Comedy of errors. You really need to enhance the service.

@picknpayasap By the way, a WhatsApp call is never acceptable from any company or professional interaction. There is no reason why you should be calling via WhatsApp from an unknown cellular number. Make a normal telephone call from the 011 number of the store.

If you find a relatively cheap Samsung Galaxy smartphone on Takealot, it could a grey import, warns @mybroadband That means no warranty in SA, no use of Samsung Wallet, etc It’s not illegal to sell grey (genuine but not imported or supported by official agents) products in SA, provided that that is disclosed in the advert/listing. In this case, resellers aren’t doing that.

@KFCSA The kiosk experience is terrible. Bring back humans please. Took me 5 minutes to place an order in the kiosk. Bet a human could have taken my order in 20 seconds. Not fun. Bring back my people, they understand me so easily.

Anyone have a @Microsoft contact that actually is willing to assist? Large non-profit locked out of admin portal. 9 days since support call logged with no contact made. @MicrosoftHelps has a complete disregard for organisations that serve the greater good. Total lack of care
