@makemytrip stuck up in Dubai , had booked a flight from Dubai to Kolkata tomorrow morning. Emirates is saying to contact portal, you do not have any email id or Customer care no , who do you guys expect to contact in case of emergency ???

@flyspicejet Moreover there was no staff on spicejet at the airport every one was outsourced , no staff members of spicejet , there was no complaint copy which was given to us , only i have my boarding pass and lugguage tag , do you guys have absolutely no shame ???

Hi Boudhayan, kindly share the complaint copy via DM, which must be raised at the airport so that we may check and advise. @flyspicejet absolutely pathetic service ,Dubai- Pune flight passengers informed their lugguage had not been loaded at dubai airport . Absolutely shocking running of a flight in international sector @DGCAIndia request to penalise spicejet and provide compensation to passengers
