@TfL I am due to travel from west ham to Stratford then Stratford to pudding mill lane early tomorrow morning, will services be ok by then? If not what is my alternative route please? I am attending abba voyage so want to be prepared

@c2c_Rail how do I make a formal complaint? As I was misinformed today on getting home when there were no trains to Purfleet and c2c would not get me to Purfleet 😡😡…I ended up having to pay for a uber from Upminster and want compensation for this

@born2bepink The bus replacement will not have the facilities for you to tap in/out.

@born2bepink Hi Michelle. You would need to tap out at Upminster to not have an incomplete journey.

@c2c_Rail I travelled from Stratford so tapped in there, do I need to tap out at Upminster and then tap again at Purfleet station when I get off bus? I need to make sure I do it correctly for no incomplete journey and delay repay
