@Morrisons case number 40276767 you disgust me! How do we get you to rectify something by your driver. A year and waiting? False replies on trust pilot and a customer service operation that would not know service if it slapped you in the face! I am at a loss what to do

No compensation or resolution for a holiday ruined! You pay extra for a bike to be transported it does not arrive and all is said is sorry! Why isn’t someone getting it sent over? There have been three flights from Bristol already!!!!!

@easyJet can you explain why when a bag is delayed and there are two flights a day that it takes 3 days to deliver a bag that YOU failed to put in the plane? The bag is a bike for a mountain bike holiday and if you didn’t realise you cannot cycle without a bike!!!!

@easyJet hi there I am getting nowhere with your various call centres and need help on a lost bag from Bristol to Malaga last night. It’s a mountain bike and I am on a mountain bike holiday with no bike. Have been at the airport but getting nowhere can anyone help????
