from a casino observer’s pov, here’s my take on jack and ME (from your favorite business angle)
estimated monthly revenue for the casinos dicey would compete with:
> stake ~$125m
> shuffle ~$13m
> rollbit ~$4.5m
> yeet ~$1.7m
> luckio ~$1.7m (this one is at least verifiable)
traditionally casinos hold around 10% of deposits. for crypto casinos, assuming closer to 7% after affiliate fees and constant promos is probably more realistic.
early stage casinos also burn heavily on marketing. luckio reportedly paid multiple kols including ansem 6 figures monthly. net profit is likely much thinner than it looks.
stake already owns most of the pie. even if late entrants spend aggressively, taking meaningful share is not easy.
ME says $75k/month from 200 users gave them conviction. honestly that does not feel very convincing at this scale. also curious who those beta testers were that were willing to funnel real money during that phase.
and above all, innovation + igaming might be the funniest take i’ve seen this year.
most of what you might be building has already been built. multiple times.

so yeah, genuinely curious what the innovation is supposed to be.
of course business is about making money. cutting unprofitable verticals is rational.
but those partner posts feel ev- for both sides. do you really think their audience sees a paid post and switches to your casino over the dozens already live?
whoever signed off on that ad should rethink it. from a profitability standpoint, it just does not look strong.
