Today marks the official last day of @Aavechan. A bit more than 3 years ago we launched as an underdog delegate platform, without support from Labs, VCs, or entities, but strong from community backing. The situation was dire. "DeFi is dead" was commonly accepted, Aave TVL had collapsed to a quarter of its cycle peak, the protocol was leaking tens of millions in incentives and operating expenses to leech service providers, while Labs was pivoting to raise money for a soon-to-fail social media platform. During our tenure, we turned a 35M annual protocol deficit into a 150M/y revenue machine, outperformed far better-funded competition, saw $AAVE do a 9x and beat the market, and built an active network of top-tier aligned talent, service providers, and delegates. We proved to the world that a DAO could be done, and could outperform. We're proud of that. None of it would have been possible without you. We're deeply grateful for every bit of support, and for the $AAVE holders who trusted us with their voting power, our success was yours and the North will remember in due time. Today is the end of a chapter, but far from the end of the journey. Still have a few good ideas to build the future of France, and expect news soon on something new.

if you still own LEND, Aave labs decided to raise unexpectedly a proposal to AIP stage. You have 5 days to migrate or you will lose your ability to do it and hold worthless tokens. While I supported working on this in the past, doing it overnight in a whole different context of ownership of the DAO is clearly not something I support. Important context ahead of the ongoing Snapshot vote; External control over domains, handles, and channels may influence governance balance and value distribution over time.

Imagine the upside if $AAVE token holders obtain clarity on ownership of brand assets, domains, distribution and communication channels and a say in their future monetization. Backend is a low margin business, the storefront is high margin. $AAVE holders paid to build the store front, they should own it.

Incredible growth and yet AAVE is still down 62% from the ATH it ticked almost 5 years ago. What a gift to investors now. There are some gem tokens trading at discounts that will feel entirely obvious in retrospect.

There's been a lot of speculation about a recent governance proposal. This is why we want to bring clarity on its impact if implemented. There will be no disruption to Aave. It is a net positive for the $AAVE asset, the Aave ecosystem, and DAOs in general. DeFi will win.

No $AAVE Alignment without being DAO aligned.

Extremely concerning. The stealth privatization of approximately 10% of Aave DAO's potential revenue, leveraging brand and IPs paid for by the DAO, represents a clear attack on the best interests of the $AAVE Token holders. We will prepare an official response with @AaveChan.

Now that Aave v3.6 is around the corner, it’s a good moment to revisit the onboarding of $stLINK from @stakedotlink We invited Risk Providers to provide an update and analysis of the asset and risk parameters, and we recommend an LTV of 0% with two E-modes.

seen a lot of excitement around the Aave proposal to deploy on Megaeth but looks like the Aave community, including ppl like @nandy_ba from ACI, isn’t really into it at all the issue is they already voted to avoid deploying on chains that won’t pull at least $2M/yr in revenue, mostly cuz they spread themselves across every L2 before and it was a mistake considering they mostly failed but Megaeth isn’t just another L2, it's THE chain of this cycle, Aave really should consider this i’m super excited to see how this plays out, imo Aave will deploy on MegaETH, the only question is when
