Human touch is not just physical. It is presence, empathy, trust, personalization, and the experience of being truly seen. I presented four AI innovations that can partner with practitioners to strengthen care, not replace it. Technology that stays behind the scenes.

Yesterday, I delivered the keynote "Why Human Touch Wins in the Age of AI" at the Reflexology Association of Canada's 50th Anniversary Conference in Winnipeg, and the response has been overwhelming! AI cannot replace human touch, but poorly designed technology can destroy it.
