This year our Quantum Device Lab (@qudev , qudev.phys.ethz.ch) has completed its first 20 years at the Department of Physics (@ETH_physics) of @ETH Zürich, since six years we are also part of the Quantum Center, @ETHQuantumCntr, and since five years we co-run the @ETH_en Zürich - @psich_en Paul Scherrer Institut #Quantum Computing Hub. One of the aspects for the whole team to be proud of is the many successes of our current and former lab members. On the occasion of our lab's 20th anniversary, I give a shout out to former lab members who have moved on to graduate school, who now do postdocs, who started their own labs as faculty members, who have started companies, who have moved on to work in the quantum industry or in the tech industry. this might be what gets me off of claude code/tuis and back into a gui ive enjoyed bits and pieces of conductor and codex's desktop app, but they're really early and have a lot of rough edges

The Codex macOS app is incredibly nice. The Codex CLI itself didn’t impress me the but app is so good that I’m using it more than Claude Code now. OpenAI really knows how to build native apps!

Bug: /branch session name missing from prompt bar After running /branch experiment-v2, the prompt bar doesn't show which branched session you're in. The /resume list shows the name correctly, but inside the session there's no indicator. Makes it hard to tell parent vs branch apart. Expected: The prompt bar should display the session name. @bcherny @trq212 @_catwu

Ghostty was fun, but time for something else. I still love opencode, too but with CC plans dead on it… I’m feeling lost. Full GUI? T3 Code? Opencode GUI? Warp? Back to cursor? Try CC again? Raw Codex? My 🧠 hurts and I just need to keep shipping.

Small QoL request for Claude Code: @bcherny @_catwu @trq212 The stash feature (Ctrl+S) currently auto-restores the draft after the next submission. It would be helpful if it stayed stashed until I manually press Ctrl+S again to bring it back. This is useful when you need multiple follow-ups before returning to a long draft.
