Free speech needs to be limited ASAP. As an educated person I should have more rights to speech than other less educated people. This makes perfect sense and should be the norm. Sick of hearing morons give their opinions

…primarily in the Caribbean, Brazil, and Spanish America. •In the British North American colonies that formed the U.S., 1619 in Virginia is widely regarded as the symbolic and practical beginning of the institution that grew into the race-based chattel slavery central to the Southern economy and U.S. history until emancipation in 1865 (via the 13th Amendment).25 This topic has layers of nuance, including debates over terminology (“arrival” vs. “landing”), the status of the 1619 group, and how different European powers practiced slavery. Primary sources (like Rolfe’s letter) and archaeological/historical research from sites like Jamestown and Fort Monroe provide the foundation. For deeper reading, reliable sources include the National Park Service, Encyclopedia Virginia, and works by historians like those at Historic Jamestowne. If you’d like details on a specific colony, legal developments, numbers, or comparisons, let me know.

The history of slavery involving people of African descent in what is now the United States is complex and predates the formation of the country. It evolved gradually in the European colonies that would later become the United States. Earliest Recorded Arrivals in the Territory That Became the U.S. Enslaved Africans were present in Spanish-controlled territories decades before English colonies were established: •In 1526, Spanish explorer Lucas Vázquez de Ayllón brought enslaved Africans (likely around 100) to an attempted settlement called San Miguel de Gualdape, near present-day Georgia/South Carolina coast (then part of Spanish Florida/La Florida). The colony failed quickly, and some of the Africans reportedly rebelled and joined Indigenous groups.37 •Enslaved Africans accompanied Spanish expeditions and helped establish St. Augustine, Florida (founded 1565, the oldest continuously inhabited European settlement in the continental U.S.). Africans (both enslaved and some free) were part of early Spanish Florida’s labor force, military, and society.42 These were under Spanish colonial rule, not English/British colonies. Slavery in Spanish America often differed in legal nuances (e.g., some pathways to manumission existed), though it remained brutal forced labor.35 The Commonly Cited Starting Point in English Colonies: 1619 In late August 1619, a Dutch-flagged English privateer ship called the White Lion (and shortly after, the Treasurer) arrived at Point Comfort (near modern Hampton/Fort Monroe, Virginia, close to Jamestown). They carried “20 and odd” (roughly 20–30) captive Africans, seized from the Portuguese/Spanish slave ship San Juan Bautista (originally bound for Veracruz, Mexico, with captives mostly from the Kingdom of Ndongo in present-day Angola).12 These individuals were traded to English colonists in Virginia for provisions. John Rolfe (of Pocahontas fame) documented the event. They are the first recorded Africans brought to England’s mainland North American colonies.13 At this early stage, their exact legal status was not fully “chattel slavery” (hereditary, lifelong, race-based ownership treating people as property with no rights). Some early Africans in Virginia appear to have been treated similarly to indentured servants (bound for a term of years, with potential for freedom afterward), though conditions varied and records are sparse. Over time, their descendants and later arrivals faced increasingly restrictive laws.0 Evolution into Full Chattel Slavery The system hardened in the mid-to-late 17th century in Virginia and other English colonies: •1640: The case of John Punch (a Black indentured servant) — sentenced to lifetime servitude for running away, while white servants received only extended terms. Often cited as an early marker of racial distinction in punishment.3 •1662: Virginia law established that children’s status followed the mother (partus sequitur ventrem), making slavery hereditary. •By the 1660s–1700s, colonies passed “slave codes” formalizing lifelong, inheritable chattel slavery based on race. Enslaved Africans largely replaced indentured servants as the primary labor force for tobacco (and later rice, cotton, etc.) plantations.2 By 1700, slavery was entrenched across the English colonies, with numbers growing dramatically through the transatlantic slave trade (though only a small fraction of the total ~12.5 million Africans transported to the Americas went to what became the U.S.—roughly 388,000–450,000 directly).8 Key Context •Slavery was not invented in 1619 — it existed in Africa, Europe, the Islamic world, and among Indigenous groups long before Europeans. The transatlantic trade built on existing African systems of captivity but industrialized and racialized it on a massive scale for New World plantations. •English colonists did not “start” African slavery globally; the Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, and others had been deeply involved for over a century…

I have to say where I live the police don’t care what color you are. Commit the crime do the time. Btw if there was one crime you could pin on whites it would most likely be white collar crime but others are starting to catch up. I’m sure it’s all different depending on your Geo Loc.

In 2009 a bag of Doritos cost $3.49. Minimum wage was $7.25. Today, $7 for a bag of Doritos while minimum wage is $7.25. We deserve better than this.

🚨BREAKING: 🚨 NEWSOM'S LAPTOP - A laptop belonging to California Governor Gavin Newsom has allegedly been discovered containing evidence of the Governor engaging in ILLEGAL AND ILLICIT ACTIVITIES including alcohol and cocaine-fueled parties with minors and sex with both MALE AND FEMALE PROSTITUTES, which is a federal crime. Newsom is said to be PERSONALLY SEEN using drugs in photographs on the laptop and the contents of the Newsom laptop apparently make Hunter Biden look like a choir boy when you compare them to what was discovered on his. This is THE SCANDAL OF THE DECADE for the Democratic Party, as DOZENS of other politicians and celebrities are allegedly in videos and photos on the laptop engaging in these illegal and lewd acts. This likely just ended Newscum's bid for the presidency before it even started and the careers of countless Democrat politicians... WE DEMAND A FULL DOJ INVESTIGATION NOW! 💪🏻🇺🇸

Hegseth announces automatic registration for US military draft to begin in December. Any immigrant who doesn't register within 30 days of turning 18 can be criminally charged. While absurd, practically speaking all this does is show MAGA hypocrisy. Somehow automatic voter registration isn’t possible—but automatic registration for the draft program is both possible and now required. MAGAs don't want to make it easier for young people to vote—just easier for them to die in Trump's illegal wars.

Florida man is calling for $3 million in reparations for every Black American. 🤔🤨🤨 He says it’s "long overdue and necessary" to address historical injustices. what happens when they spend all 3 mil in 2 months or less? Yep, they'll want more. 🤨 Thoughts?
