@brim006 It’s not just judges, it’s the prosecutors trying these crimes or offering up ridiculous plea deals. Look at the sentence recommendation for Holmberg & that nurse, Lucas Turner…I was glad to see a couple of ND judges recently turn down plea agreements for being too lenient.

Welch was sentenced to 5 years prison by Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson for shooting Comet Pizza in 2017 which was 5 also years before she became a Supreme Court Judge.

@Xanthipppe @MTGOP We have the same problem in North Dakota. This past weekend the NDGOP held their convention. The establishment RINO’s refused to show up, so they voted to strip them from being able to identify themselves as Republicans, including the Governor, AG and Congresswoman Fedorchak.
