The battery life of the M-series macbook pros is long enough that it is functionally infinite for me. I feel like I did not appreciate this feature nearly enough before getting one.

@rmorshea @reactpy @pyscript_dev The problem is still the developer experience. No tools/ workflows for debugging, testing and working with the combination of html and python. With @Panel_org I develop as normally and only ‘panel convert’ when I want to release.

It's not pretty, but the fact that I was able to hack together a working prototype of @reactpy running in the browser using @pyscript_dev in less than 2 hours is absolutely mind blowing. Definitely got me thinking about what we can build with this 🤔 guileless-monstera-ca2caa.netlify.app

@giswqs Sure, but you could run the server in a virtual machine.

If a public service allowed you to "lend" your machine so that it could serve JupyterLab applications while you're not using it, would you do it? I'm thinking about a crowdsourced Binder.

@dolarsit ReactPy exists to make it easier to create UIs for those who don't know, or like JS. Since it all runs server-side, the Python packages you already know and love use "just work". And, just like ReactJS, we want a thriving ecosystem of 3rd party libs.
