@qatarairways@JetBlue 4 no of our luggages getting missed between the two airlines at New York Airport JFK during a transfer to Pittsburgh and it’s been 1 day & no news is terrible. Luggage tag nos : 0157250581, 0157250535,0157250536 & 0157250529. This is just not acceptable.

@JetBlue In that case could you ask your baggage team to let me know the same on the registered email ID as it is not easy to get in touch with them . The nos have a pretty long hold time. Also they should be updating me on the status of my luggage also rather than me trying to follow up

@IndiGo6E 6808 from Goa flight lands in Mumbai airport at 10.22 pm, still not being allowed to disembark till 11.00 pm because of “lack of coaches”. Wow !! what service for an airline which has 60% market share.
Ticket cancelled on 29th Nov and @airvistara has not been able to process refund till date. Innumerable calls to their call centre who are only “looking into it” . What lousy customer service. Customers at the mercy of the airline. Where do we go ???@TataCompanies@JM_Scindia
