Enjoyer of movies and vaping. Talker of words. I worked on Adventures in Game Chasing! Host of the Order 42 Show over on YouTube!

After 16 years, my @YouTube channel (GrimmGreen) was terminated today with no real explanation. I’ve built my content around harm reduction, helping adult smokers quit, and advocating for science-based policies. This feels like a huge mistake. If you believe in THR, free speech, and the mission we’ve been on, please help me get YouTube’s attention. @TeamYouTube I’m asking for a real human to review my case. I’ve never promoted anything illegal. I’ve never targeted youth. I’ve worked tirelessly to be a responsible voice in the vaping and harm reduction space. But like many creators in this space, it seems I’ve been swept up in an overly aggressive moderation wave.

As expected, amendments were put on the Texas bill to: - Ban all vaping products consumables (incl. nicotine-free) except those with authorized PMTAs or "timely filed" pending PMTAs; AND - Ban any product—even those with PMTAs—manufactured in China, including components.

This illegal importation stops today. I personally have observed kids from good families who have become addicted to vaping. They know they’re addicted, they want to stop, and they can’t stop. The FDA will continue to monitor and take necessary actions to prevent these illegal products from entering the United States. fda.gov/news-events/pr…

@TeamYouTube your algorithm is at it again! Striking videos for breaching guidelines when there’s no links to regulated goods, no websites, no mention of where to purchase anything, and does not promote the purchase of any regulated goods. Please help fix this!

@TeamYouTube this is getting ridiculous, 24 videos removed today, 4 reinstated after appeal, 20 rejected. It don’t make sense they are all the same style video & none of them break the sale of regulated goods community guidelines. No links, no directions to purchase. PLEASE HELP!

Texas PMTA registry bill was removed from the today's House Public Health Committee at the request of the author. Nothing is ever dead until the session ends, but it is an encouraging sign.
