@AnonWeaponry3 If it hivers in the same location then it will come back down in the same place - that is what same location means... One issue here is how do you hover in the same location without any reference to the ground? A pilot couldn't do it.

If a helicopter flies straight up & hovers in the same location for hours then comes down into the same location why didn’t the Earth move? Are you telling me gravity is pulling us along for the ride as the earth spins cause that just seems unbelievable.

@sweatystartup Why do you think the Russians, who had agents in NASA and would kill to debunk the USA's success, said nothing but offer congratulations...

We wouldn’t be here if the universe were even slightly different. This is what scientists call the fine-tuning problem. The more we study the cosmos, the clearer it becomes: the physical laws of our universe are finely tuned – balanced precariously atop a hill. If the strength of gravity were just a fraction weaker, galaxies wouldn’t form. If the strong nuclear force were slightly stronger, stars wouldn’t burn. If the expansion rate of the universe were off by one part in 10⁶⁰, matter would either collapse into a single point or spread so thin no stars could ever ignite.

@rodgatton86 @messedupcars You are so accurate, I used to shift (not all the time obviously) without a clutch in my truck. Knew the right timing and slipped right in the next higher gear.

@MisterBelly2u @aaronstarkie I have noticed posts that look completely plausible but are fake. Quite a lot quote trump on Truth Social (which has more adverts than MEN!) but the posts don't exist.

There are at least 3,200 documents that mention Trump in the latest batch of Epstein files. They include allegations of rape of 13 year old girls, and some really disgusting detail that I won’t post here. I can’t believe there isn’t more of an uproar about it on mainstream news.

@BuenoForMiami Wasn't It, you know, the Egyptians that built the pyramids? There are plenty of contemporary accounts

Human remains have been found that date back two million years... But we’re supposed to believe that no other civilizations existed prior to this one? Somehow we’re the smartest, most industrious humans ever to live on the planet... yet we don’t know who built the pyramids and lack the technology to replicate them. Everything we’ve been taught about history is a lie. It’s so blatantly obvious.

And yet they argue that believing in God is ridiculous, that science has proven everything they think, and that you should listen to them instead of "sky daddy." Their views are empty of beauty, their morality is baseless, and they spew their nonsense atop a civilization that only God-fearers could have created.

Atheism leads to nihilism. If there’s no God, then the universe just happened by chance, no purpose, no designer. That means life has no built-in meaning. We’re just random creatures on a rock floating in space. In the end, nothing we do really matters forever. Atheism leads straight to “nothing matters.” Thankfully, God does exist and our lives do have purpose and meaning!

@kirok2011 @WilliamShatner I used to wish he had a different end, but it was canon, and very Kirk. He said during the campfire scene in The Final Frontier that he knew he would die alone, meaning without his crew/family. They'd always saved him in many ways. And it passed the baton to the STNG crew.

@robert_chafer @EssexMe18 @SimonCalder Lol, okay. If that's the case, how is he going to let those kids stay 2 nights in the Bellagio in Vegas when the tourist tax is a whopping $450? Paris is a bargain.

US National Parks. Non-Americans touring the wonders of the great outdoors, such as Yellowstone, Yosemite and the Grand Canyon, currently pay around $35 for a car with 5 people in it. From 1 January, the admission fee rises to $535. Yes, a 15-fold increase independent.co.uk/travel/news-an…

@LetsTrekSpain @EssexMe18 @SimonCalder It could be that much. It is a maximum of 15.60 per night per person. It is a sliding scale with 5* hotels being 15.60 but 2* only 3.25. A class of kids could get this bill between them.
