🔺 299K+ patients. Incidence rising fastest in <50.
🔺 Women now 38.9% of young-onset cases vs 18.9% historically.
This isn't a blip. It's a trend. And if we're not screening for it, we're diagnosing it late.

Been in the hospital since Friday morning (Kidney stones/Infection/Diverticulitis).
