@D__a__n__i___ @fasttalklabs Hey Daniel, Something that Payson says in the interview / article is that he doesn't do them based on a specific range or % of FTP. He figures how many interviews he can do for the given climb, then figures a workload wattage, then adjusts based on how he feels / terrain / etc.
