@kitandrew1 You do it then. Student housing is a minefield. Many students move in, refuse to pay, and it’s impossible to evict. It might look like easy money but someone needs to fill the gap left by a lack of higher education housing.

So, daughter has arranged her student housing for next year in Durham...house was bought for 180k 8 years ago...now worth 355k ish. The landlord will take in 49k in rent from the 6 students next year. Rinse and repeat. But we don't have a problem with rent prices at all do we.

@heyitsandy_ Can’t see this comment further down but it isn’t usually the artist who sets ticket prices, it’s the promoter. Billie Eilish gets the same fee either way, besides maybe a % of the takings.

I’m glad Billie Eilish can’t sell out or even marginally fill any of her three dates at the O2 arena because the only way we will get cheaper ticket prices is by not buying hugely overpriced tickets. £234 being the cheapest ticket is ridiculous

@glastobation Put it on over 2 successive weekends?? Like Coachella, cap each attendance at 130k.. Might be harder to book bands etc.. Also, the site is hectic 24 hrs, it was nice to stroll around early morning once upon a time..
