PCOS Myths and Misconceptions: my #PCOS diagnosis was confirmed by high LH/FSH ratio. Although LH levels may be high in PCOS, since 2003 we have used Rotterdam criteria to establish PCOS #diagnosis & #phenotype. These criteria do not include LH/FSH ratio.
