@westelm I placed an order on 3/26 that had a delivery date of end of April. On 3/27 you send an email stating there’s an unexpected delay and now it won’t arrive until 5/29-6/2?! You sent this the day after I ordered the item! WTAF?! I don’t want it now! Hello Pottery Barn.

@NJTRANSIT you have pure fucking chaos in PA due to the bus delays from the fire dept activity in the tunnel. Get workers in here to sort it out. People cutting in line in front of people waiting 45 min. Fights are going to break out. Pure common sense to put workers inside!

@Bloomingdales ordered a beautiful dress, had a whole in it. Ordered again, 2nd one came with a majorly uneven hem and another hole. WTF if going on with quality control? Now I’m outside of the return window and I’m out $160. I’m contacting executive management. This is bullshit.

@StellantisNA How am i suppose to reach out? It’s at the mechanic again for him to check one more thing. If that fails then i will call the dealership in town, decozen in Verona NJ for an estimate for them to first look at it. I am not pouring thousands into this piece of crap.

@StellantisNA @JeepCares check engine light won’t turn off after replacing oxygen sensor from diagnostic code. Not the first time this happened. The compass is a piece of crap. Over 265 complaints on NHTSA. Instead of rolling out shit cars w/shit parts focus on producing quality.

@StellantisNA If your engine light didn’t go off wouldn’t this be a “direct concern” to you? C’mon now. I want is someone to contact my mechanic who’s had my car Jeep for 6 days over the past 2 weeks trying to fix it. And will have it again tomorrow. Would never recommend a Jeep to anyone.

@StellantisNA @robinbtwin83 Mechanic did another diagnostic test and it’s telling him oxygen sensors again after perfectly good, non damaged ones were replaced! The inconvenience this has caused is absolutely ridiculous. It’s unconscionable the way you operate.
