@Footasylum just received the wrong items in my parcel, used the webchat facility, total nonsense trying to get this resolved! Made to feel like a criminal.

@edfenergy sent various email and also tried WhatsApp, no reply. Trying to sort a COT for a business account for over 6 months.

@BTBusiness complaints procedure is an absolute shambles. Failed promises of calls back and can’t even calculate their termination bills correctly. Also BT Business code of conduct for Termination does not reflect what call handlers are saying regarding Termination.

@BTBusiness Stay away from BT Business folks, shocking service and rude complaint handlers!!! Make settlement offers and then withdraw them, don’t follow their Code of Conduct.

@BTBusiness I’ve sent a copy of the letter to be sent to BT Business. As yet I have not received any acknowledgment of my complaint and also BT saying they are unable to listen to the recorded calls where promises / offered were made to resolve.

@EE 4th call, takes 30 mins to get through each time, why no call back or text facility? Webchat couldn’t help me apparently. Ordered WiFi 7 specifically for range extender, after delays equipment arrived today - No range extender.
