@PhilMackey Cardinals are likely to keep Kyler now, and see if something transpires with with the draft that would warrant them cutting him. Or force a Qb needy team to trade for him. That would be the smart play if you are the cardinals gm.

Kyler Murray at $1.3 million would be one of the most high-value signings in recent NFL history -- considering his age, position and upside. The biggest question for the Vikings... Can they get Kyler back to his 2021 form, specifically? From 2022-25, Kyler = worst QB in the NFL (Expected Points Added) on passes that traveled 10+ and 25+ yards in the air. But in 2021, Kyler was lights out in almost every category while surrounded by awesome weapons: 🏈 5th most deep completions in NFL (behind only Stafford, Allen, Brady, Mahomes) 🏈 99.2 PFF grade on passes traveling 20+ yards 🏈 No. 1 in the NFL in Big Time Throw % 🏈 No. 3 in NFL in completion % 🏈 No. 6 in NFL in Yards Per Attempt That was 5 years ago... Would the Vikings be able to get Kyler back to that level of passing productivity?

I'll gladly take Kyler over any of the other options especially when he'll cost the Vikings almost nothing.. you're not getting any QB remotely as good as Kyler for what he'll cost so why pay a ton more for one of the other options with similar or likely worse production? Lol
