This will exceed 100% shortly. The demand for 11.5% yield with no volatility far outstrips that for the $MSTR equity. One caters to everyone. The other caters to the bitcoin maxis.

This is literal insanity. There is no difference between MSTR and a gambler doubling down again. They having been buying BTC for 5 years and still managed to be down on their position, heavily leveraged, and no other outcome available but liquidation. But I’m sure this time it will hit black…

$MSTR You don’t get to outperform the best-performing asset of the past decade for free... Outperformance comes with a price.. volatility, doubt, pressure. If you thought Bitcoin holders had it tough, Strategy holders are playing a different game entirely. This is nowhere close to passive investing. It’s closer to an extreme sport. The same structure that creates the upside is the one that tests you on the way there. This is why most people break. If you’re new to this space, one of the most common themes you’ll come across is the claim that Strategy is “diluting shareholders.” You’ll hear it often. But if you actually listen to Saylor and Phong address it, you’ll understand the core thesis. The company is setting itself up for expansion. To build something that compounds over a decade. And that only works if you have the right shareholders. People with a time horizon. People who understand what they own. Not tourists or traders looking for quick wins. Because if your conviction can be shaken by narratives, I’d suggest going back to the drawing board. In a structure like this, it can turn fragile very quickly. $BTC $MSTR $STRC

I have no problem admitting when I’m wrong and I’m wrong a lot about a lot of things. But, so far I’ve been right about bitcoin and I’ll continue to be right about it. There’s no doubt in my mind that this Under $100K CLU₿ will be looked at a lot like the Under $1 CLU₿, the Under $1K CLU₿ and the Under $10K CLU₿. Most people will just wish they had converted earlier as we move on to $1M and $10M and so on. See that dip in 2014? Yeah me either but I remember it well. This one will look the same someday.

$MSTR is for people so convicted on bitcoin they want leveraged exposure to it, when bitcoin wins, you win bigger. When bitcoin loses, you lose harder. $STRC is for people who believe in bitcoin but want yield, not volatility. You get ~11.5%, paid monthly, designed to trade at $100. You’re not riding the rocket, you’re getting paid because the rocket exists. That’s it. Don’t want either? Buy spot, and hold your keys, nobody’s stopping you. But the infighting that we’re always seeing with pure maxis and “suitcoiners” or whatever you want to call us, is completely against what bitcoin stands for. We’re all on the same side, so we should act like it.

$STRC is eating the MNAV of $MSTR. Down to 1.12 now. When it's below 1.0 there will be no yield that will keep $STRC at par that the company will be willing to pay.
