Again, I will state that covid is the primary cause of our current economic malaise. People create value. Remove people from the economy, you get less value => inflation, supply chain disruption, ripple effects. Wear a mask, save the economy.

Seeing quite a few “Dems are on track to hold the House” takes from partisan accounts without any seat-by-seat evidence to back it up. It’s close, but at this writing Dems aren’t hitting the rates they’d need to in the unresolved CA seats to get to 218.

He doesn't even do predictions, he just reports the numbers coming out. That's not bad or anything, but its apples and oranges.

@Redistrict Those “partisan” accounts (@cbouzy and @santiagomayer_ for example) have been right every step of the way with actual data. Meanwhile, you have yet to get ANY pieces of your predictions within a football field of being right.

The FTX/SBF/EA implosion story also puts light on inefficiency/nepotism from mission focused organizations not having boundaries between work/dating/social. This is an extension of EA culture at large and led me to take a break from socializing in EA. keerthanapg.com/random/ea-wome…

I went to a SF restaurant recently to meet one of the CIO’s of one of the world’s largest endowments for dinner The maitre d literally asked me “DoorDash?” when I walked in 😂 One of the more surreal experiences being an Asian American man lately
