Hey @j5create how are your customers supposed to return products when your returns page en.j5create.com/a/returns linked from your "Support" page is blank? Not returning any emails to your posted email addresses isn't helpful either.

@1Password 1Password menu bar app is now useless (can’t look up a password, can’t create a new one, can’t easily even open 1Password). These have all been acknowledged by your support team and I was told to go back to version 7. Nice answer.

Acquired an Oculus headset before the company was subsumed by Meta. Created basic FB account to go w/ it because, well I had to. Oculus now requires login via FB, but FB has arbitrarily deleted my fakebook account & access to all purchased games. Good luck w/ the Metaverse, Mark!
