@foundmyfitness @foundmyfitness like others I've been very skeptical about all of the seemingly magical claims about ACV. Can you explain why ACV and not regular white vinegar if the active ingredient is acetic acid as both contain similar levels of acetic acid?

Apple cider vinegar might be one of the most underrated tools for blood glucose control. Just 1–2 tablespoons a day can lower fasting blood glucose by up to 22 mg/dL and reduce HbA1c by as much as 1.5% in people with type 2 diabetes. Even better? Taking it before meals, especially when diluted in water or sparkling water (a tip from @benbikmanphd), can blunt the post-meal spike in glucose and insulin while also helping you feel fuller. Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid, a powerful short-chain fatty acid that activates AMPK (similar to exercise), boosting glucose uptake into muscle via GLUT4, suppresses glucose output from the liver, and slows gastric emptying, which keeps you fuller for longer and delays the digestion of starches, great for blunting blood sugar rises after high-carb meals. Not many natural supplements can match these effects, although berberine (found in the roots and bark of various plants) is also effective for blood glucose regulation.

Taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before meals can noticeably reduce blood sugar spikes Its key ingredient, acetic acid, blocks your liver from flooding the bloodstream with excess glucose. It also activates AMPK (the same metabolic pathway as exercise) to trigger GLUT4, pulling glucose directly into your muscles without insulin. Berberine (another powerful glucose regulator) shares similar benefits

@RichardDawkins Evolution IS construction/creation of the world by simple machines. And if move up the chain we will get to real god. Scientific, testable. Not all powerful, but simple machine, quantum of energy - that makes quantum of action within quantum of time. It's testable.
