Spurs should never have sacked Big Ange Postecoglou. He got us 5th and then won us a prestigious European trophy, despite the selling of Harry Kane and mass injuries across the squad. But insanely driven out the club by people who should know better.

Wow, sack Ange Postecoglou, the man who ended your 17 year trophy drought, and 41 European trophy drought, who loved the club & wanted the best for it, was also adored by the players, and was able to unite the fans at the trophy parade.. And then get subsequently relegated. 😬

@ThePremInside It showed a complete lack of understanding of culture and team sport. It broke a team that had new found belief in their leader. Why would they care? Winning was pointless anyway…

I fear the decision to fire Ange may prove to be the biggest mistake Tottenham has ever made.

@InvertTheWing Bring back Postecoglou, and quickly. This is purely the cultural impact within a connected team from sacking a manager who ‘did what he said he would’ …and win something. The trust was broken.

@NickKallipolits @NFFCLMA U only need to go back and watch some of Postecoglou matches to clearly see the potential. The first 1/2 against Betis should’ve been 4-1. A couple individual errors in other games. Real ‘sliding doors’ moments. Fans wanted Dyche-ball. Now you have.

@NFFCLMA Yep, exactly. Ange was right just bad timing with no pre season and a different style. Team liked prime against Betis and the stats generally were showing the attacking intent. Players just couldn’t score. Ange got hounded out after 8!gsmes by that measure Dyche should go as well

Anybody remember the Betis game under Ange? Now compare it to this 😴 Not saying Ange was good as facts show he wasn’t right for us but we had way more intent to win games under him compared to this dinosaur #nffc
