Emotional last match at Goodison for my Nan. On the 5th of May in 1928 her dad Dixie scored his 60th goal. 97 years later is his daughters last game at goodison. She was 80 years old last week & spent the game sat next to @Tarky19 such a gent, thanks for making it special.

Sadly this morning Jimmy took a turn for the worse and went downhill fast. He passed at about 11am surrounded by love and his mum. He didn’t like being alone and I’m happy to say we had someone with him 90% of the 4 days he was with us. People took turns sitting and sleeping with him. He liked that. Jimmy had a lot of pain relief, love, a good life and he listened to the jungle sounds and classical music in his last days. In the end it wasn’t his spine but an internal rupture that got him. He’s back at home with his people now buried this evening. Jimmy lived a good life. It was nice to know him if only for a few days. ❤️
