BJP का जंगलराज ओडिशा में रेलवे पुलिस के कांस्टेबल सौम्य रंजन को भीड़ ने पीट-पीटकर मार डाला। कांस्टेबल सौम्य रंजन अपने दोस्त के साथ बाइक से जा रहे थे, तभी गुंडों ने उनपर हमला किया। उनके हाथ-पैर बांध दिए गए और भीड़ की शक्ल में मौजूद गुंडों ने उन्हें तब तक मारा, जब तक उनकी मौत नहीं हो गई। इस दौरान पुलिस भी वहां खड़ी रही, और तमाशा देखती रही। सौम्य रंजन जान की भीख मांगते रहे, लेकिन गुंडे पिटाई करते रहे। ये घटना समाज के लिए कलंक है, जिसकी सभ्य समाज में कोई जगह नहीं होनी चाहिए। BJP सरकार ने ओडिशा में भी जंगलराज कायम कर दिया है। पूरा सिस्टम गुंडे-बदमाशों के हिसाब से चल रहा है। एक वक्त में शांत रहने वाला ओडिशा आज अराजकता और हिंसा की भेंट चढ़ चुका है। BJP ने अपने फायदे के लिए ये हिंसात्मक मॉडल लॉन्च किया है, जिसका शिकार ओडिशा के आम नागरिक हो रहे हैं। इस मामले के दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए। हालांकि, ऐसा होगा इसकी उम्मीद नहीं, क्योंकि भीड़ की शक्ल में जो गुंडे हैं, उन्हें BJP सरकार का समर्थन प्राप्त है।
