@TELUSsupport People tend to complain more than they mention when things go right. I've used Telus' online chat function a few times now and the agents are always extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate the level of service that I receive with Telus.

@tgtrojan There was fault on their part; if they had done everything properly, the situation would not have happened. They apologized, but insisted that anything that happened as a result afterward was on me.

@tgtrojan Mine did too! I don't think I was expecting much, but every time I recounted the issue with a customer service rep, it's like they listened out for anything they could claim liability for against me and just stuck with it.

Yep they say they will help but honestly they do everything in black and white. Don’t know what happened to you but my issue falls within the “extenuating circumstances “ but they still stick with the black and white answers
