Hi, can you please share my story? I borrowed money from @zimloan and only shared one contact. I have three @econetzimbabwe lines registered in my name. However, I am now receiving calls on other numbers that I never shared with Zimloan. I now believe that someone at Econet may be sharing customer information with external parties. This is something they need to take seriously, because there could be lawsuits against them if the situation gets out of hand.

MONETARY POLICY STATEMENT The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe Governor, John Mushayavanhu, today issued the monetary policy statement, below are the highlights. -Cash withdrawal fees have been set at 2 percent, while Point-of-Sale transactions are capped at 1.5 percent. -Charges for balance inquiries and cash deposits have been eliminated. -To mitigate mobile money fraud, the central bank has directed Mobile Network Operators to audit all accounts and deactivate any unauthorized or fraudulent ones. -National reserves are currently at US$1.3 billion consisting of 4,2 tonnes of gold valued valued at US$738 million and almost half a billion in cash. -Import cover is at 1.5 months. -The primary policy rate remains at 35 percent. -Foreign exchange retention is maintained at 70 percent. -Small-scale miners, who previously retained all of their foreign exchange earnings, are now required to surrender 10 percent. -New ZiG 10, 20 and 50 notes to start circulating 7th April. The 100 and 200 ZiG notes will only be introduced later.

High Court Orders Prophet Walter Magaya to Repay US$3 Million to Israeli Partner. A High Court judge has ordered prominent preacher and Prophetic Healing and Deliverance Ministries founder Walter Magaya to repay US$3 million to an Israeli business partner, rejecting his defence that the obligation was invalid under Zimbabwe’s exchange control regulations. The court heard that the funds were allegedly advanced by a group of Israeli businessmen through Ambassador Ronny Levi Musan, Zimbabwe’s Consul General in Israel. The businessmen claim they were swindled out of the money, prompting legal action to recover the amount.

Sekuru was employed by NRZ at a tender age of around 18 years. He worked there for over 40 or 50 years. Sekuru joined Doves Funeral Services at a very young age. He contributed to his Doves Funeral policy for over 25 or 30 years, and he only stopped making contributions when he was advised that his policy had matured. Time flies now sekuru varwara and is now old. He sadly passed way last Saturday at around 12 midnight. Early Sunday tikati sekuru vanga vaine policy kuDoves regai tifone vazotora body for dressing. Takuudzwa kunzi huyai neLast receipt ramakabhadhara. Imagine vanhu varikuda receipt yakaitwa maybe 30 years ago, the person who does those payments is gone. Everyone was shocked by this. Fortunately, sekuru was wise; he joined the community burial society, and the local burial society managed to fill the gap that was supposed to be filled by Doves. This is was our nightmare experience with Doves Funeral services. Please spread maybe we can get more attention from the management. @doves_holdings
