According to Hayes III, Trump will have to personally appear in court in September, not long before the election. We will now deal with this very swiftly," Hayes III wrote on X at the time. This lawsuit should be a slam dunk. Trump deserves to be taken to cleaners for this illegal exploitation of Hayes' music.
