An AI agent can write your code in minutes. But someone still has to review, merge, deploy, and monitor it. What if the agent could do that too? Feature flags are the missing piece. They let an agent ship code behind a flag, test it on real traffic, ramp the rollout, and kill it instantly if things break. No human in the loop until you choose to be. Today we're shipping Flagship to make this possible - feature flags native to @Cloudflare's network, OpenFeature standard. Move fast, break nothing. blog.cloudflare.com/flagship

Next.js just got its worst vulnerability ever, CVSS 8.6. → affects versions 13.4.13+, 14.x, 15.x, and 16.0.0–16.2.4 → attackers can access your internal services, cloud credentials, API keys, and admin panels → no authentication needed → one crafted request is all it takes → roughly 79,000 instances are exploitable right now → vercel-hosted apps are safe, self-hosted are not upgrade to 15.5.16 or 16.2.5 immediately.

alright, we doing this now, you can race multiple @Cloudflare workflow events with Promise.race Continue on whichever webhook fires first (approved vs rejected, payment vs timeout, etc) !!!! please wrap the race in a step.do for deterministic behaviour

ICYMI, step.do in workflows can return a ReadableStream<Uint8Array> instead of JSON (there was a 1mb limit earlier) Hella useful for large outputs from AI models or file processing. Buffering the whole thing in memory is kinda lame now

what should you do when the agent is thinking?

Models will get cheaper and specialised, there will be good cheap models fine-tuned for most use-cases (just like there will also be expensive generalist agents built by the frontier labs). The limiting factor is not "tokens", it's cost. People will start using models with a better token-to-cost ratio.

What’s your take on the AI ecosystem right now? What happens when companies start capping token spending? What kind of engineers will actually survive this wave?

built a skill that reorders any diff into a narrative walkthrough, then opens it in @plannotator so you can annotate inline. The agent reads your comments and fixes the code, then regenerates the walkthrough so you can go again. Point it at a remote PR and it'll still generate the walkthrough (just without the fix loop)
