In doing some more digging on the BMR product from @PeoplesReserve, I put together some info that I thought might be helpful when evaluating the risk here. My initial assumptions assume a $600k home price, and 200k cash on hand. The goal is to find the most efficient way to deploy the capital, while getting the lowest possible interest rate on the mortgage: traditional mortgage, or a Bitcoin Mortgage (BMR) through People’s Reserve (with some $STRC thrown in the mix to offset mortgage costs). The curveball with the BMR is $PRN, what People’s Reserve deem their loyalty token. My analysis + a simple calculator in the next post…

Here’s the bottom line on why it failed: The ultra-low-cost model stopped working in the current environment. The straw that broke the camel’s 🐫 back was jet fuel ⛽️ prices caused by the war that the US/Isreal started.
