@roftemor if top players will switch if their character nerfs, then good, it sounds like we'll get to see more characters get played

fighting game devs need to be more comfortable with nerfing a character just because they've been at the top of the meta for too long. we don't need happy chaos to be carefully balanced just shatter his knees with a shovel and throw him to bottom 5 and nobody would complain.

@tox1c3ve Frieren falls off quite hard towards the end of the first season becoming a stupid anime with cliche teenagers characters with school exams. And people say it is 10/10, top 1? :/ The universe is cursed.

Season 3 strive was truly the worse version of strive. Coming from someone who has played them all season 4 strive did a good job considering it was coming off 3. Wild assault being gone is so hype BTW

@GazelleStep You need some auto-pilot. You can't think about and process every possible decision. A ton of stuff you will do automatically and it will let you focus on other stuff. The solution to your problem is to actively focus on what you wanna do.

Genuinely, how do I stop autopiloting in fighting games? There are so many times where instead of doing the right punish that I know I should be doing in my head that my hands just kinda act before i think it. Is it the unmedicated ADHD or does anyone else do this?

@superflanke @Austonish1 Eh.. I dunno, I doubt. The weapon is generic, the name is omnipresent in media. Character robot too for any future world. Let's just settle on the fact that the time takers Alis ends there. And that there is probably way more in Alice than gun and name.

@roftemor @Austonish1 the name, the robot, and the railgun is too much for a coincidence. Also someone told me that the developer have history of being one with nexon, so yeah definitely not a coincidence

@superflanke @Austonish1 Eh... I am not defending this shit ass game. But sentient robot is not a unique idea in any way. The name too. The weapon is just a white bulky railgun. I dunno, I think it is just a coincidence coming from this game being as generic as possible.

@roftemor @Austonish1 Yes, her. Like I just told you they ripped off the design idea with her name, being a robot, and also the rail gun. If I have someone very different play superman but still call him superman with superman suit and superman power, it's still superman.

@superflanke @Austonish1 I tried to google it and the only thing I found is an anime loli schoolgirl? You mean her? I don't see any resemblance to the robot girl with holograms covering her body in that game. Unless you mean story/lore wise. Then I dunno.

@roftemor @Austonish1 The first girl is ripped off straight out of another game. It's "Aris" turned into "Alis", which is also "al-1s" turned into "al-15". She even uses a very identical rail gun too

@Precho6055 As a Millia player I agree. And want to ask any advice on the MU. What you think the GL wants in neutral and Millia. I feel like generally 486 and 684 typhoons answer to most of what she does in neutral. But maybe the MU is more complex than that.

Some people are just terrible. Seriously, why do this? I hope GGG are able to resolve this for PoE1 and PoE2...must be some crazy stuff, I don't really see or notice this in the other choice games I play.
