As some of you know, we are losing parts of my constituency to coastal erosion. It has been particularly brutal for Hemsby - Labour promised action before the election. What has been delivered? Sod all. Talk, talk, and more talk. People are losing their homes. It's disgraceful. This month's net MP salary donation will go to the Hemsby Lifeboat, in order to help them mitigate the damage caused by coastal erosion. I am hopeful it can reduce the harm until the Labour Government can get its act together and provide the wider support that is necessary. The funds will go to a secure container for life-saving equipment, and ongoing efforts to maintain safe access to the beach. This donation is just a small part of my wider efforts. I will keep pushing the Labour Government until they deliver the review that was promised. I understand that the people of Hemsby are sick of words, I'm doing my very best to deliver action.
